With a degree in political science, specializing in community building within the former Soviet Union, Kasia Kowalska’s journey reflects global diversity. Her experiences, spanning NGOs in Armenia, Georgia, and Kyrgyzstan, are a testament to her cross-cultural immersion.

With over a decade devoted to youth work, Kasia’s expertise shines in filmmaking and photography. She employs participatory media methods to empower marginalized voices, crafting narratives that resonate.

Within the foundation, Kasia shoulders the responsibility for project educational content. Her mission is to infuse learning with innovation, bridging hearts and minds. A dynamic force, Kasia weaves transformation, one story at a time.

Anna Krawczyk

Connecting Cultures, Empowering Minds

Anna’s educational journey includes a Master’s in Baltic philology and a Bachelor’s in Eastern Studies from the University of Warsaw. Currently pursuing a degree in teaching Polish as a foreign language, she’s all about exceptional education.

Anna’s impact extends across borders. From sparking community spirit among Armenian youth during her EU voluntary service to crafting captivating narratives at Warsaw’s Ethnographic Museum. Her role as a culture promoter at the Polish Institute in Lithuania enriched cross-cultural understanding.

At KAMAN, Anna designs transformative educational experiences. With her varied background, limitless creativity, and dedication to active citizenship, Anna’s contributions help us (and our beneficiaries!) see education in a new light.

Marek Sobczak

Championing Inclusion, Igniting Change

With a wealth of experience in education and a fervent commitment to social inclusion, Marek’s journey has been a beacon of advocacy and empowerment.

Specializing in working with individuals with disabilities, Marek has dedicated his career to making public spaces accessible to all. His collaborations span NGOs, private companies, and institutions, grounding his insights in both theory and practice of inclusion for people with special needs.

Within our team, Marek is a catalyst for change. His role is pivotal in ensuring our projects embody inclusivity. 

Natalia Kędzia

Ensuring Quality, Making an Impact

While Natalia’s career has largely been in the corporate realm, her dedication to impacting the world reaches beyond business. She’s no stranger to NGO work, having orchestrated a vibrant dance festival in Morocco or organized a film festival promoting polish cinema and culture in Toulouse, France. 

At KAMAN, Natalia took on the role of the president, steering us with precision. Her operational expertise and meticulous nature ensure our projects run seamlessly. Her pursuit of excellence and unwavering commitment infuse our team with energy.
